Marriage License applications will be available for Washington Parish residents only and by appointment only from 8:30am to 4:00pm Monday thru Friday. $32.50 Marriage License fee.

Birth and Death Records:

Birth & Death Records can be obtained by Washington Parish residents only and by appointment only
from 8:30am to 3:30pm Monday thru Friday.
$34 Birth Certificate fee. $26 Death Certificate fee.
