Marriage License applications will be available for Washington Parish residents only and by appointment only from 8:30am to 4:00pm Monday thru Friday. $32.50 Marriage License fee.
Please bring exact change if you are paying with cash.

Birth and Death Records:

Birth & Death Records can be obtained by Washington Parish residents only and by appointment only
from 8:30am to 3:30pm Monday thru Friday.
$34 Birth Certificate fee. $26 Death Certificate fee.

Office Closure
October 15th – 17th for the Washington Parish Free Fair

Our office will be closed Wednesday October 15, 2025 through Friday October 17, 2025 for The Washington Parish Free Fair. Our office will reopen on Monday October 20, 2025. The Clerk of Court wishes everyone a Safe and Enjoyable Fair this year.

Please note that precinct 4-9 and 4-9A Denhamtown School has been moved to the Distrist 7 Fire Station (Bens Ford) at 17380 Bill Booty Rd., Bogalusa, LA 70427.
